Check the website for updated information http://www.hardwicklive.co.uk/ .The possession of an official “Hardwick Live” ticket issued by Ramside Estates Ltd (the organisers) shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of the terms, conditions and advice detailed below and implies an undertaking on the part of the holder to accept them.

In the event of a breach of this contract by the organiser, the organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of the breach, which was not reasonably foreseeable by the organiser at the date of this contract.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to the holder if in the reasonable opinion of the promoter admission of the holder to the venue might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the concert, for example, if the holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively. Strictly no illegal substances will be permitted into the event site; persons entering the event site may be searched as a condition of the festival licence.

Event Site

  1. Access to the festival site will only be granted on production of a valid ticket

  2. Due to licensing conditions anyone under 17 is unable to buy a ticket or attend the festival alone. Attendees between 3 - 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult Ticket Holder, a maximum of two Children / Young person’s can accompany a single adult when attending. If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25, please have your ID available for inspection.

  3. Attendees requiring to exit the event site and then re-enter (pass outs) will be issued with an event wrist band at the exit point, re-entry to the event site will only be permitted if they have the official wristband (still intact).

  4. Licensing conditions require that no alcohol is permitted to be taken into the event site only 500ml sealed Plastic bottled water. Glass will not be allowed inside the site.

  5. No picnics or hampers will be allowed on site or the use of barbecues, camping stoves, candles, fireworks, open fires, or any devices utilising open flames are not permitted on the site – please respect the parkland nature of the site.

  6. No animals will be admitted to the site, except guide dogs or hearing dogs.

  7. No tape or video recorders, professional photographic equipment or laser pens will be permitted in the event site.

  8. Attendees shall not bring into the event site or display or distribute (whether for free or not) at the event any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials.

  9. The organisers will not be held responsible for any loss/damage of any property

  10. It is against the law to smoke in enclosed spaces, please observe the signage around the event site

  11. Due to health & safety issues, we won’t be allowing any chairs into this event.

General

  1. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs this ticket is for an event and not a specific artist/band. Ramside Estates Ltd reserves the right to change the bill or running time without prior notice.

  2. In the event of cancellation of the festival by Ramside Estates Ltd, their responsibility for refund is limited to the face value of the ticket only.

  3. Under no circumstances will duplicate tickets be issued if lost or damaged. The ticket is security printed please keep it dry to get it wet may invalidate it. Keep your ticket safe.

  4. Tickets may not be exchanged nor money refunded once purchased.

  5. Ticket holders consent to the photography, filming/sound recording of the event as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional purposes.

  6. The organisers reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the event site.

Car Parking

  1. Car parking is provided for attendees, which, will be clearly marked on arrival at the event site. Staff will monitor the car park however; owners park their vehicles at their own risk. The organisers will not be held liable or responsible for any loss/damage of any property.

The organisers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of this ticket in accordance with any new laws, legislation or internal company policies.

Statutory rights are not affected.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
