Hardwick Festival is delighted to be welcoming back campers, glampers and campervanners this year!

Hardwick Festival has 2 sites in total all within walking distance of the Festival Field. One for Camping & Campervans and one for Glamping. 

The campsites include showers, toilets, food vendors, and a cooking area. 

The Camping & Campervan Field has allocated pitches for your tent or campervan, upon arrival you will be directed to the next available pitch. The Glamping Yurts will be ready and waiting, meaning all you have to do is arrive with your clothes, then relax and enjoy.  

Please note all prices do not include Festival Tickets.

If you are bringing a roof tent on your car please book a motor home pitch for the weekend, please note you won’t be able to move/ drive your car off site until Monday.

Camping

A standard camping ticket is £60 + booking fee. This includes one pitch which can hold a single tent up to 6-berth in size. Tent pitch size 7m x 4m. There is no 'per person' cost and up to 6 people can camp in a single pitch. 

Should you wish to park, our main car park is just a short-walk from the campsite (no Glastonbury style hiking here!) weekend car parking passes can be purchased in advance for £10 via the ticket page. 

The campsite includes toilets, showers, food vendors (for those late night burgers or early morning bacon sarnies), and a designated cooking area. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink to the campsite but these cannot be brought onto the Festival Field. 

Your camping ticket includes: 

  • 1 pitch -Tent pitch size 7m x 4m
  • 3-nights in our standard campsite
  • Complimentary shower and toilet facilities  
  • Food & drink vendors 
  • Designated cooking area

Arrival times: 
Thursday 4:00pm until 8:00pm
Friday from 9:00am until 4:00pm

Departure times: 
Monday before 2pm 

Please note you will need to purchase weekend tickets to use the campsite.

 

Glamping

Make your festival experience unforgettable by Glamping with us!

Skytents are thrilled to be returning to Hardwick Festival for 2024, bringing a range Bell Tents that can sleep 2-5 guests. 

Choose from a high quality range of Cloud Bell Tents, that all include memory mattresses, cosy Spanish rugs, and even bedside tables. 

Have the ultimate glamping experience with complimentary access to our Beauty Parlour Yurt, complete with GHD hair straigheners, hair dryers, mirrors, USB charging points and even a chandelier! 

The Glamping Site includes posh loos, showers, food vendors and a licensed bar - all located in a peaceful, private location at the rear of Hardwick Hall Hotel. There will be a Reception Yurt that will be staffed 20 hours per day, with a 24 hour contact number just in case you need us.

Your Glamping experience includes: 

  • 3 / 4-night stay in a Yurt or Bell Tent of your choice depending on your arrival day
  • Complimentary showers and toilets that only Glampers have access to
  • You can bring your own food and drink into the Glamping campsite (but not into the festival grounds). 
  • A secure car park close to the Glamping campsite with no extra parking ticket purchase required. 

 

Glamping Arrival times:

  • Thursday 15th August from 2:00pm until 8:00 pm
  • Friday 16th August from 8:00am until 12:00 noon

We don’t offer electrical hook ups for the glamping tents

Depature by 2:00pm Monday afternoon

Glamping area to include:

  • Paddock Marquee open daily from Dawn til Dusk
  • Serving Breakfasts from 8:00 until 10:30 daily
  • Licensed bar and Hot & Cold drinks and snacks also available from 10:00 am until 11:00pm
  • Selection of newspapers available daily
  • Hot Tubs
  • Morning Yoga sessions
  • Hair & Make up Tent.
  • Showers
  • Posh toilets

 

Campervans

The Campervan/Motorhome ticket is £70 plus booking fee per pitch for a 4-night stay. Vehicle awnings and tents are not permitted (see Camping details if you wish to bring a tent) 

The Campervan site includes showers and toilets plus a designated cooking area. You can bring your own food and drink which can be consumed on the campsite but not brought onto the Festival Field. 

Your Campervan experience includes:

  • 3-nights parking in our Campervan Site
  • Complimentary shower and toilet facilities 
  • Food & drink vendors 
  • Designated cooking area 
  • Motor home pitch size is 7m x 7m

Arrival times: 
Thursday 4:00pm until 8:00pm
Friday from 9:00am until 4:00pm

Please check-out and depart by 2:00pm Monday afternoon.

Please note you can only buy these with weekend tickets which must be purchased to gain access to the field.
