Hardwick Festival features three campsite options within walking distance of the festival field: camping & campervans, a family campsite, and a Glamping site. Our campsites have top-notch amenities and a friendly atsmosphere.
All weekend camping options allow you to arrive on Friday and leave on Monday - experiencing all Hardwick Festival has to offer across the full weekend!
Upon arrival, our campsite and glampsite teams will check you in and direct you to the next available pitch. They are in the field 24/7 if you need any assistance.
The Glamping Yurts will be ready and waiting, meaning all you have to do is rock-up with your festival essentials, relax and enjoy.
Please note camping glamping & motorhome prices do not include Festival Tickets. You can purchase these as add-ons when booking your weekend entry tickets.
If you are bringing a roof tent on your car please book a motorhome pitch for the weekend.

NEW FOR 2025: Weekend Camping Ticket and Weekend Family Camping Package!
This year there are no 'camping pitch tickets for 6 people' as in previous years, this year each camper can purchase a 'Weekend Camping Ticket' which includes your festival ticket & access to the campsite.

Arrival times:

Our main car park is just a short-walk from the campsite (no Glastonbury style hiking here!) weekend car parking passes can be purchased in advance alongside your camping tickets.

Family Ticket Price: £499 +bf
Arrivals & Departures:
Check-in is available on Thursday 14th & Friday 15th. There will be no check-ins on Saturday 16th or Sunday 17th.
You can depart from 7am on Monday 18th and all sites must be vacated by 2pm.
Please note: Camping tickets are for the full duration of the event and all under 18s must be accommpanied by an adult.
There is no vehicle access to the main campsite.
Glamping

Skytents & Hippie Chic Glamping are thrilled to be returning to Hardwick Festival for 2025, bringing a range Bell Tents that can sleep 2-5 guests.
Your Glamping experience includes:
🎪 3 or 4-night stay in a Bell Tent of your choice depending on your arrival day
🅿️ Complimentary Glampsite parking
🚿 Hot Showers
🚽 Toilets
☕ Paddock Marquee with breakfast available to purchase each morning & a fully stocked bar in the evening
🍔 You can bring your own food and drink into the Glampsite (but not into the festival grounds)

Friday 15th: 8am - 12pm
Departure:
Monday 18th before 2pm
We don’t offer electrical hook ups for the glamping tents
*Glamping experience does not include festival tickets
Please note you can only Glamp with weekend tickets, which must be purchased to gain access to the site.
Campervans
A Campervan ticket is £75+bf for a 4-night stay.
Your weekend tickets must be purchased seperately.
Vehicle awnings, trailer tents and caravans are not permitted. Caravan booking information is at the bottom of this page.

Also on site we operate our meet and greet service, and supply our lovely pamper tent with charging points, GHD hair straighteners, Hairdryers and large mirrors, so you can look your best all weekend.
